| Beginners Level 1 & 2 Courses | Special emphasis is placed on conversation using concrete situations useful for daily life. Therefore you can use what you learned today. You will learn all basic Japanese grammar in these levels, so you will be able to speak Japanese in daily life when you finish this course. Classes progress in a friendly atmosphere. Hiragana, Katakana, and 220 kanji will be introduced for writing study. |
| Intermediate Level 1 Course | After reviewing expressions and grammar learnt in the beginners courses, you will step into the next stage. You will learn more words and expressions so that you will be able to have a conversation about various topics. To assist, VTR and other audio-visual materials will be used in conjunction with textbooks. More kanji reading and writing practice will be coming up. |
| Intermediate Level 2 & 3 Courses | When learning Japanese, your reading ability is as important as speaking and listening. In the Intermediate Level 2 & 3 Courses, you will start to collect information from printed matter. Various topics such as Japanese culture and current topics about Japan will be shown. You will read and discuss them and express your opinions about them. Newspapers, VTR and TV news will also be used as teaching materials. |
| Advanced Levels 1,2,3,4 Courses | At the advanced levels, classes will essentially take their direction from the students' own initiatives and needs. Text books are now obsolete and all teaching for the advanced courses is based upon comtemporary Japanese language materials. Reading will cover a wide range of materials including newspapers, magazines, short stories, etc. Teaching will also include video comprehension exercises using mediums such as news programs and documentaries. |
| Evening Programs | For people working during the day, evening courses are very convenient and good. Your progress in learning the Japanese language will become a big advantage in making your life in Japan successful, especially in business. We have many specialized classes pertaining directly to business.All levels are offered and the frequency is up to you. |

| Effective teaching methods & systems The programs are supervised by Prof. Hajime Takamizawa ( Surpervisor of The Academy of Language Arts, Ex-Chief Institute of U.S. Department of State Japanese Language & Area Training Center, Professor of Showa Women's University) and adopt the U.S. Dept. State methods of practical and communicative teaching. Various courses, depending on the students needs, are taught by well-trained and experienced teachers in small classes. |
